NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Two men have denied causing the death of a 38-year-old American woman  who was run over by a boat while snorkeling at the Pink Sands Beach in Harbour Island.

NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Two men have denied causing the death of a 38-year-old American woman  who was run over by a boat while snorkeling at the Pink Sands Beach in Harbour Island.

 Boat captain Aldon Barry and Charles Reginald Cash, the boat’s owner, are charged with manslaughter by negligence in the June 22, 2024 death of Allison Dyck.

The men pleaded not guilty to a charge of  manslaughter by negligence when they appeared before Justice Gregory Hilton.

He will set a trial date on March 6.
