NASSAU, BAHAMAS – The United States Special Envoy For Climate, John Kerry, is here during the CARICOM meetings, in a listening capacity. He explains why it is so important for the U.S. to meet with regional leaders.

Prime Minister Philip Davis has taken the message to the world state, explaining that The Bahamas, and other nations in the region, are not major contributors to climate change, yet we feel the effects.

Secretary Kerry says the effort has to be made with the top emitters and we all have to be a part of the solution.
