NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A former wanted suspect is behind bars after being charged with murder.

Prosecutors say 22-year-old Christopher Ramsey is responsible for the November 25 murder of 37-year-old Angelo Antonio, otherwise known as Teeths.

Antonio, who owned Gangster Grillz, was sitting in his car outside the Showboy Bar on West Bay Street when he was shot by a man prosecutors say is Ramsey.

Ramsey didn’t have to enter a plea to the charge when he appeared before Acting Chief Magistrate Roberto Reckley.

Bail was denied and he returns to court on April 11 to receive voluntary bill of indictment papers.
