Woman Charged as Accessory to Murder of Police Reserve

NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A 44-year-old woman accused of helping the men responsible for the murder of Reserve Police Inspector Lernex Williams has been charged.

NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A 44-year-old woman accused of helping the men responsible for the murder of Reserve Police Inspector Lernex Williams has been charged.

Antoinette Henfield stood before Chief Magistrate Roberto Reckley charged as an accessory after the fact to June 15th murder.

Williams was shot dead as he made a deposit at the Royal Bank of Canada in Palmdale.

Prosecutors allege that Henfield picked up Williams’ killers after they ditched their getaway vehicle.

Henfield was not required to enter a plea to the charge and was granted $10,000 bail.

She’s back in court on September 14 to receive voluntary bill of indictment papers.
