NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Tiffany Newman is a physical planning inspector in the Department of Physical Planning.
She plays a key role in helping thousands of Bahamians get their business license every year.
She says the process used to be in person with physical forms and letters, but since COVID-19, the process is fully done online.
And the physical planning inspector says she loves the Bahamian entrepreneurial spirit.
As for this year, they’ve already processed over 15,000 land use applications and Newman believes they’ll surpass last year’s record.
