NASSAU, BAHAMAS – While the Ministry of Works is working to ensure motorists have the smoothest possible commute, they’re also equally concerned about the potential damage to your vehicle during the process.

It is a proven fact that driving into potholes can cause damage to your vehicle, whether through the loss of a hubcap, damaged tires or even wheel alignment issues.

And if this has happened to you, you may be able to receive compensation.

Assistant Civil Engineer at the Ministry of Works, Bahiyyah Hepburn explains.

And while you may be eager to send in your complaint right away, she’s stressing the importance of sending the claim correctly.
