Officers tell Our News the latest incident involving a young boy who went swimming in the Sea Breeze Canal with a group of friends.
Police Press Liaison Chief Superintendent Chrislyn Skippings estimates the victim is around 13 or 14-years-old.
Skippings is tonight imploring parents to be more vigilant about their children’s whereabouts during the summer, especially when plans involve swimming.
