NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Acting Prime Minister Chester Cooper, attending the groundbreaking of the $10 million dollar Carnivale Bahamas restaurant on Paradise Island Thursday afternoon.

The 15,000 square foot restaurant opening in spring 2024, expects as many as 120 jobs for Bahamians for the new dining destination.

The acting prime minister also spoke to their dedication to sustainability and local farming in their existing Chicago location, saying it meshes well with our efforts to increase local farming here.
