NASSAU, BAHAMAS – They may be small in stature but they’re a giant in the Junior Junkanoo community. One-on-One school is the distinction as a winning group in the pre-school category. This latest parade giving the school their nineteenth win in competition history.

Owner and Director of the school Khris Sandiford says it’s not limited to Bay, they live Junkanoo.

And with the Olympics approaching, the school got its inspiration from the upcoming games.

With that, the kids decided to indeed put their flags in the air with a special performance by the dancers.

While all the trophies, excitement, and, fun is important, for One on One, its all about teaching the kids the culture.
