21-Year-Old Man Accused Of Having Sex With 15-Year-Old Girl
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A 21-year-old man is facing charges after prosecutors say he had sex with a minor.
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A 21-year-old man is facing charges after prosecutors say he had sex with a minor.
D’John Kirk Bowe is accused of having sex with a 15-year-old girl on April 13.
The teen could not legally consent because she’s under 16.
Bowe didn’t have to enter a plea to the charge of unlawful sexual intercourse when he appeared before Assistant Chief Magistrate Carolyn Vogt-Evans.
Bail was set at $8,000. Bowe will have to wear an ankle bracelet and report to police weekly while awaiting trial.
He’s due back in court on August 6 to receive voluntary bill of indictment papers.
