GRAND BAHAMA, BAHAMAS – Grand Bahamians applauding a backyard farming initiative launched by Ado Bahamas and the Church Commercial Farming Group. Officials say many Grand Bahamians registered for the program.

The purpose? To teach Bahamians how to feed themselves for a lifetime.

Chairman of Save the Bays and Water Keepers Bahamas Joseph Darville is commending the group for the effort.
