NASSAU, BAHAMAS – The brother of murdered gang leader Michael Fox Jr. will remain jailed while awaiting trial on murder and conspiracy to commit murder charges, a judge has ruled.
Prosecutors have accused Mitchell Fox of planning and carrying out the September 5, 2024 murder of Eddie Miller to avenge his brother’s gang-related murder.

Miller, a businessman with alleged ties to the Dirty South Gang, was ambushed outside of a convenience store on Cowpen Road. He was murdered in front of his wife and young children.
Investigators allegedly uncovered details of the plot in Fox’s cellphone, which contained videos of Miller’s home, a voice note confirming his death, and a pledge to commit more retaliatory killings.

In one of the messages, Fox allegedly said, “That one for bro. Eddie needed to get he head bust. I going to bust couple more. He was the main one to bring heat on bro.”

Fox’s brother, the reputed leader of the Fox Hill Outlaws, was ambushed by three masked gunmen outside of a home on Fleming Street on May 6, 2024.

Due to the nature of the murder and Fox’s alleged vow to carry out more revenge killings, Justice Franklyn Williams KC refused him bail for his safety and that of the public.
