NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A 45-year-old mother who allegedly beat her daughter with a bat after she lied about her whereabouts has been granted self-signed bail.
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A 45-year-old mother who allegedly beat her daughter with a bat after she lied about her whereabouts has been granted self-signed bail.
The woman faces a charge of cruelty to children.
The woman’s 17-year-old teen told her mother that she was going to her father on May 12.
When she returned home four days later, the mother learned that her daughter really was at an Airbnb with a man.
The mother returns to court on June 10.
