NASSAU, BAHAMAS – U.S. and Canadian snowbirds, among others, are getting ready to head to these islands as one of the peak tourism seasons kicks off in the coming weeks. In particular, the American Thanksgiving holiday.

Bahamas Hotel Tourism Association President Robert Sands told Our News the destination continues to benefit from pent up demand, post COVID-19.

He says collective promotional efforts by Baha Mar, Atlantis, Sandals, the Ministry of Tourism and others, such as the Nassau Paradise Island Promotion Board, continue to pay off.
