NASSAU, BAHAMAS – The Bahamas swim team is headed to Curacao to compete in the 2023 CARIFTA games. Stan Cochran, swim coach at the McCallie School in Chatanooga, Tennesee is on that flight with them.

The McCallie swim coach explains why it’s so important for him to support his swimmers at home and travel to watch them compete.

Basketball

The NBA season is winding down but you can still watch your favourite Bahamian players.

Kai Jones

Kai Jones is on a hot streak of late, averaging about 19 minutes per game over the last 10 games for the faltering charlotte hornets.

Tonight they take on the Toronto Raptors.

Although the Hornets have pretty much punted on the season, look for Kai to have some high-flying dunks and spectacular blocks.

Klay Thompson

Klay Thompson is averaging nearly 22 points per game for the Warriors coming off catastrophic injuries from a few years ago. They play the Oklahoma City Thunder.

Deandre Ayton

Deandre Ayton and the Phoenix Suns play the San Antonio Spurs tonight as well.

Ayton is trying to find his grove on a team in the hunt for a championship as they just added Kevin Durant. Look for him to have a big game against the Spurs.
