NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Prosecutors dropped a murder case against a man after he declined to take a plea deal.
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Prosecutors dropped a murder case against a man after he declined to take a plea deal.
Ricardo Stubbs, who was charged with the January 23, 2020 murder of Jakheil Armbrister, rejected the proposed plea deal last October.
Prosecutors brought the matter to an end last week by presenting a nolle prosequi.
They had alleged that Stubbs was one of two gunmen who burst into Armbrister’s home and shot him dead.
