NASSAU, BAHAMAS – The case against a murder accused officially came to an end after his death certificate was presented to court.

Lashon Davis was gunned down in Bain Town on August 6.
At the time of his death, Davis was charged with the January 29, 2022 shooting death of Carlin Smith.
Smith was in a car with a female friend at Comfort Street and Hay Street when gunmen shot up his car.
