NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Jazz Chisholm has been reactivated to the Miami Marlins active roster.

Jazz was knocked out of action about a month and a half ago after running into a wall going all-out to make a play in center.

Jazz returns after a week-long rehab stint with the team’s Triple-A affiliate in Jacksonville.

He will rejoin a Marlins squad that took off after his injury, amassing a 45 and 34 record, good for third place overall in the national league.

Meanwhile, track athletes Wanya McCoy, Anthaya Charlton and baseball player Daalen Adderley have all announced this week that they are entering the transfer portal.

McCoy is coming off a sublime freshman year where he was a 2nd-team all-American and a conference champ for Clemson running the 200 and 400m events.

Charlton who has a sister you may or may not have heard of named Devynne set a freshman long-jump record at Kentucky while winning all-American honors in the sprints.

Meanwhile, Daalen Adderley, who won conference player of the year and hitter of the year as well as all-American honors for Texas Southern University also announced his decision to transfer for his senior year.

He will presumably try to go to a major program to build up his draft stock.
