NASSAU, BAHAMAS – The search is on for a new president of the Bahamas Technical and Vocational Institute.

A search committee has been formed to select the right man or woman for the job.

Education Minister Glenys Hanna-Martin says the search for a new leader is important.

Chairman of the Presidential Search Committee, Leonard Sands says the committee is taking their responsibility seriously as they believe this process is another step in nation building.

The new president is expected to begin work during the second quarter of 2023.
