NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A prominent member of the Haitian community visited the Detention Center where the survivors of last Sunday’s tragic incident at seat are being held.

Victory Chapel Church of the Nazarene Senior Pastor Dr. Antoine St. Louis says he took care packages for the survivors and prayed with the.

He’s hoping to take more items for them soon.

The group survived an attempt at illegal entry into Miami, Florida that turned deadly.

St. Louis said he contacted family members of those who survived, but he says none of them are in New Providence.
