Cooper: PLP Has Plan To Fix GB And Abaco

The Progressive Liberal Party has mapped out a plan for the rapid recovery and reconstruction of Grand Bahama, Ragged Island And Abaco, according to Deputy Leader Chester Cooper who says it is priority three in the 10-point plan outlined in the party’s blueprint for change.
