GRAND BAHAMA – Goombay Summer Festival on Grand Bahama now full swing. Our News team got all of the action for the kick off event on Taino Beach and as our Italia Hall tells us, residents and tourists alike showed up in big numbers.

The annual Summer Goombay Festival hosted by the Ministry of Tourism is back for another year.

With over 50 vistors, residents and visitors had the opportunity to experience unique dishes, Bahamian crafts and entertainment.

These vendors say the response from the community has been amazing.

The visitors and locals were seen enjoying the fesitivities.
