NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Members of the judiciary and the government gathering to pay their respects and sign the Book of Condolences for the late Justice Rodger Gomez on Thursday.

The retired justice of the Supreme Court served as stipendiary and circuit magistrate until he was appointed Chief Magistrate in 2004.

In 2013, he became a Justice of the Supreme Court.

Acting Chief Justice Bernard Turner and current Chief Magistrate Joyann Ferguson-Pratt reflected on his life.
