Free Pre-School Education A Blessing

NASSAU, BAHAMAS – More than 1,000 three to five-year-olds from around the country are now blessed with the opportunity to attend pre-school free of charge. The head of the local preschool association is commending the move. 

This comes as the Ministry of Education signs an agreement with over 100 private preschools to provide early education for three to five-year-olds free of charge. 

President of The Bahamas Childcare and Pre-school Association Shereece Wallace, who also owns a pre-school, commending the government on preschool education. 

Wallace who owns Small Steps Academy Early Learning Centre in the Nassau Village community, views this new partnership as an opportunity for her daycare centre to grow and give back to the community.
