UNITED STATES – Sam Bankman-Fried, also known as SBF, was sentenced by a New York judge today to 25 years in prison for defrauding customers on his cryptocurrency exchange, FTX.

Bankman-fried admitted to mistakes but claimed FTX could repay customers.
