GRAND BAHAMA, BAHAMAS – The Grand Bahama Independence Committee hit the road to promote the Road To 50 Campaign. 

Their first stop Monday morning was the Bishop Michael Eldon School.

The purpose of the school tour is to ramp up students’ interest in the upcoming Independence celebrations.

Delivering remarks at the special assembly was Grand Bahama Minister Ginger Moxey who told students they have an important role to play in the development of the country.
