NASSAU, BAHAMAS – The crisis in Haiti continues to dominate headlines and with gang violence spiraling out of control in the capital of Port-au-Prince, regional stakeholders committing to send troops to the area including 150 from The Bahamas.

Leader in the Haitian community and President of the United Haitian and Bahamian Association of The Bahamas Dr. Antoine st. Louis says it’s something that should have happened a long time ago.
With the country struggling with the problem of illegal immigration for decades now the pastor says the violence in Haiti is to blame.
While violence is the main issue, Dr. st. Louis also placing blame at the feet of the Haitian government.
