CUBA – The United Nations and other agencies are describing the impact of Hurricane Melissa on eastern Cuba as enormous, saying authorities are struggling to meet the needs of millions left reeling after the storm.

Melissa slammed into Cuba’s eastern provinces as a Category 3 hurricane on October 29th, affecting some three million people.
