EXUMA, BAHAMAS – Rosewood Exuma, a new multi-million dollar resort is expected to open its doors on Sampson Cay come June 2028.

Since the announcement of the project, residents throughout the communities, particularly in Blackpoint, the nearest cay, have expressed their overwhelming support of the development.

Our News team visited that island recently where several residents shared this hopes and expectations for the project. 

Several entrepreneurs we spoke to say they believe the development will create a domino effect across the Exumas providing opportunities across various sectors and generations. 

Developers have shared with our news that each step of the project will be developed within the laws of the country.

Residents say they are confident that their beautiful home will be protected.

As to the project’s developer and founder and CEO of Yntergra Group, Felipe Macclean, well residents say they believe in his vision.
