NASSAU, BAHAMAS – As the country sees record murder numbers, Former Prime Minister Dr. Hubert Minnis says he’s waiting to see the government’s plan to deal with the pressing issue. 

At last count, the murder count was 125.

The former prime minister’s comments came after Police Commissioner Clayton Fernander said to expect crime fighting to be taken to another level. 

Dr. Minnis says he has been asking for the government’s crime plan but hasn’t been getting a definitive answer.
