NASSAU, BAHAMAS – After a brief hiatus, Regatta Buffet at Baha Mar is back re-introducing dinner services from Wednesday through Sunday.

And as Restaurant Manager, Dianna Dorsett tells me there’s something for everyone as each night features themed culinary experiences.

Chef Delerese McKenzie-Simms, the culinary genius behind Regatta’s kitchen, has over 20 years of experience making delectable dishes.

She shares her enthusiasm for the re-introduction of dinner services as well as some of what the amazing menu offers.
