Man Accused of Molesting Four-Year-Old Son
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A 52-year-old man accused of sexually abusing his four-year-old son has been charged with incest.
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A 52-year-old man accused of sexually abusing his four-year-old son has been charged with incest.
The man’s name has been withheld to protect the child’s identity.
Prosecutors say the sexual molestation took place on October 11, 2023 in New Providence when the child was visiting his father.
The man didn’t have to enter a plea to the incest charge when he stood before Senior Magistrate Shaka Serville.
Bail was denied and he returns to court on April 8 to receive voluntary bill of indictment papers.
