Miss Universe Splits From Indonesian Organiser
USA – The Miss Universe Organisation say it has cut its ties with its Indonesian franchise holder after six contestants complained to police, accusing local organizers of sexual harassment.
USA – The Miss Universe Organisation say it has cut its ties with its Indonesian franchise holder after six contestants complained to police, accusing local organizers of sexual harassment.
Five of the contestants said they were photographed topless.
The New York-based organization announcing the news in a statement late Saturday saying it would be cancelling this year’s Miss Universe Malaysia as well since the Indonesian franchisee also holds the license for that pageant.
