NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Prime Minister Philip Davis urged the public to read the Moody’s report themselves, to get a full understanding of its meaning.

On October 6, Moody’s Investors Service downgraded the Government of The Bahamas’ long-term issuer and senior unsecured ratings to B1 from Ba3, but they changed the outlook from “negative” to “stable”.

The PM says the report also contained a lot of positives.

Meanwhile FNM Leader, Michael Pintard, had strong words for what he says was a “spin” on the recent Moody’s report.
