New FTX CEO Questioned About Next Steps for Crypto Company
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – The new CEO of FTX, John Ray III, questioned for hours yesterday by the United States House Committee.
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – The new CEO of FTX, John Ray III, questioned for hours yesterday by the United States House Committee.
Congressman William Timmons, seeking answers as to Ray’s next step after noting that some 1,500 Bahamians were allowed to take out hundreds of millions of dollars after the bankruptcy filing.
Timmons then asking Ray his next step in keeping the company’s filings to Chapter 11 bankruptcy which he contends is better than a Chapter 15 filing.
