NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Attorney General Ryan Pinder says no filings were made on behalf of his office in the ongoing FTX case.

The admission comes after a 116-page document was circulated revealing Pinder, Prime Minister Philip Davis, Works Minister Alfred Sears, State Minister in The Office of The Prime Minister Myles Laroda, and State Environment Minister Basil Johnson were all listed as FTX creditors.

FTX filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy last year and was put into liquidation.

Pinder says the recent list is purely a function of liquidation proceedings.
