NASSAU, BAHAMAS – With a continued need for blood in medical institutions, blood drives have been popping up around the country. 

The Small Business Development Centre and Doctors Hospital, the latest to partner up. 

SBDC Human Resource Manager Keanza Brennen, who also gave blood, calling the effort a community initiative.

Darvin Russell was not able to give blood, but participated in the health screening.

I also decided to participate in the health screening with the medical professionals on hand.

Registered nurse Janae Poitier encouraging more residents to be screened and donate blood.
