Plane Crash In Exuma, No One Injured

EXUMA, BAHAMAS – The Aircraft Accident Investigation Authority (AAIA) has been notified of an accident this morning involving a Piper PA-23 aircraft with two people on board that crashed shortly after takeoff from the Exuma International Airport.

EXUMA, BAHAMAS – The Aircraft Accident Investigation Authority (AAIA) has been notified of an accident this morning involving a Piper PA-23 aircraft with two people on board that crashed shortly after takeoff from the Exuma International Airport.

Preliminary reports are that both individuals were able to exit the aircraft and Airport Authority rescue personnel were responding to the crash site.

The AAIA has begun its investigation into this matter and will be dispatching investigators to the accident site.
