NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Prime Minister Philip Davis says he’s not aware of any criticism related to the recent trip to London for the coronation of King Charles III.

His comments came days after Opposition Leader Michael Pintard said the government must give a full accounting for the trip.

The delegation included Prime Minister Philip Davis and his wife, Opposition Leader Michael Pintard and his wife, Governor General C.A Smith and his wife, Foreign Affairs Minister Fred Mitchell and former Governor General Dame Margueritte Pindling.

Individuals from the Office of The Prime Minister also made the trip like Press Secretary Clint Watson, Communications Director Latrae Rahming and Orange Economy Consultant Ian Poitier.

Social media posts indicated others traveled along with the delegation, although it’s unclear who paid for their travels.

The government has come under heavy fire for recent trips.

Watson was asked the cost of the trip at this week’s press briefing.
