NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Ministry of Works officials are looking to get ahead of the inconveniences predicted with the Gladstone Road Improvement Project.

Major works are on the drawing board for the road corridor that connects southwest New Providence motorists to John f. Kennedy Drive.

The road has long outgrown the two lanes and even poses several risks for drivers who attempt to overtake into oncoming traffic.

If you want to learn more about this, mark your calendars. If you live in the Tall Pines, Carmichael, Golden Isles, Southern Shores and Killarney constituencies.

Residents are invited to a town hall meeting on Tuesday February 28, at 6pm at the National Training Center on Gladstone Road.

Especially if you live or have a business in that area, you are invited to come out and see what is expected and of course, ask questions.
