Royal Rico: I Want To Be The Versace Of Furniture Making
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Known for viral posts of his work, 31-year-old Byron Brown known as “Royal Rico” has become a household name in the furniture-making community.
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Known for viral posts of his work, 31-year-old Byron Brown known as “Royal Rico” has become a household name in the furniture-making community.
He says he developed his skillset during the Covid-19 pandemic.
With the posts, came the orders which eventually led Byron to quit his job and go into furniture making full-time.
On a typical day, Byron can be seen teaching other men and boys the trade. In a society where crime and violence seems to dominate headlines, he says providing opportunities for others is important.
