He brought the British sailing team to The Bahamas who participated in the National Regatta in Exuma last summer and they also assisted the Bahamas National Sailing School with their 2023 summer program.

And here we are again, the commissioner is having a boat built to donate it to the Bahamas National Sailing School.

The boat is being built by veteran builder, Mark Knowles out of Long Island.

Now, Hartley also explains why the project is so personal to him.

Meantime, Knowles says the boat will take another three weeks to complete so be sure stay tuned to Our News as we will visit him then and hold him to his word.
