NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Former American professional tennis player John McEnroe was in town to host a clinic at the tennis center that bears his name at the Baha Mar resort.

The event included a session for kids and one for adults where they got to learn from one of the best to ever do it.

According to Baha Mar Director of Rackets, Derron Donaldson, events like this are all a part of the resort’s effort to share the sport with the Bahamian community.

McEnroe says he’s looking forward to the Baha Mar Cup – an event he co-hosts with Bahamian tennis legend Mark Knowles. It’s a fundraiser that benefits Baha Mar and Knowles’s tennis outreach programs.
