KIGALI, RWANDA – Prime Minister Philip Davis among the heads of state meeting with His Royal Highness the Prince of Whales today in Rwanda, at the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM).

Prince Charles was the featured guest at the official opening of the Meeting of Heads of State. Following a week of discussions on various issues, it is now time for leaders to get on with addressing the challenges facing commonwealth nations.
