NASSAU, BAHAMAS – He’s one of our top collegiate swimmers – Marvin Johnson.

Johnson served as one of the team captains for this year’s CARIFTA swim team that took home its fifth consecutive title.

In an Instagram post on Monday, Marvin announced he will be furthering his academic and athletic career at the University of Florida.

He thanked his family, coaches, friends and everyone that has played a role in his life for all their support.

World relays will return to the shores of The Bahamas next May.

The Bahamas won its first gold medal at the World Relays back in 2017 and this time government, the BAAA’s and World Relays Organizing Committee are joining forces to ensure The Bahamas comes out on top once again but what about tickets?

BAAA’s President Drumeco Archer says they will go on sale early in 2024.
