NASSAU, BAHAMAS – An Interventional Pain Specialist, Dr. Mitchell says while working at a private practice internationally, he reached out to local anesthesiologists and realized there was a need for his services in The Bahamas.
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – An Interventional Pain Specialist, Dr. Duan Mitchell says while working at a private practice internationally, he reached out to local anesthesiologists and realized there was a need for his services in The Bahamas.
He says since returning home, he has come to realize that most Bahamians do not like to medication or take them as directed.
Another part of the Bahamian culture Dr. Mitchell is working to shift is the tendency to live with pain instead of seeking treatment.
