UNITED STATES – Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump joined faith leaders in North Carolina for the “11th Hour Faith Leaders Meeting” on Monday.

During his speech, Trump claimed divine intervention saved him during a failed assassination attempt in Pennsylvania back in July. He suggested that God kept him alive for a purpose—to make America greater than ever.

His visit comes amid rising concerns about voter turnout in North Carolina following Storm Helene.
