TSA Launches Permanent Pre-Check Program at LPIA

NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Tourism and United States officials celebrating the launch of the TSA PreCheck Program. This is the first time the program is being implemented outside of the United States.

Transportation Regional Director of International Operations, Karen Hanlon, says the launch of the TSA PreCheck at LPIA is the culmination of years of collaboration between the United States and The Bahamas governments.

Deputy Prime Minister Chester Cooper boasting of recovering tourism numbers, not only in New Providence but throughout the country. He says with the addition of TSA PreCheck, he is optimistic about the continued rebound of the tourism industry.
