NASSAU, BAHAMAS – The 13th Commonwealth Women’s Affairs Ministers Meeting will take place in The Bahamas next month, where ministers from around The Commonwealth will gather at the Atlantis Resort to connect and work on improving structures around gender issues.

NASSAU, BAHAMAS – The 13th Commonwealth Women’s Affairs Ministers Meeting will take place in The Bahamas next month, where ministers from around The Commonwealth will gather at the Atlantis Resort to connect and work on improving structures around gender issues.

Commonwealth Secretary-General Baroness Patricia Scotland says the meetings will cover a variety of topics, but most importantly,the uptick in domestic violence throughout and post-pandemic.

They are also meeting to find ways to provide more opportunities for women to help share the burdens and responsibilities of society with their male counterparts.
