August Trial Set for Man Accused of Molesting Three-Year-Old
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A man accused of molesting his three-year-old daughter was today committed to stand trial.
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A man accused of molesting his three-year-old daughter was today committed to stand trial.
The 27-year-old man, who has not been named to protect his daughter’s identity, will be tried on charges of incest, indecent assault and child cruelty.
The charges stem from incidents that allegedly took place from February 24, 2022 to February 26, 2022.
The man, who is on bail, will be arraigned before Senior Justice Bernard Turner on August 4.
